Shipping policy

We currently ship to destinations that are available at checkout.

Shipping rates, service levels, and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Orders are processed after payment is received. Processing times can vary based on product availability and order volume.

Domestic orders over C$75 may qualify for free shipping when that rate is available at checkout.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather interruptions, or other transit issues outside our control.
