Joey is a proud Vintage Pet Rescue alum, where senior and special needs dogs are given the dignity, care, and lifelong love they deserve. Founded in 2017 by Kristen Peralta, Vintage Pet Rescue has saved more than 600 dogs and provides a true sanctuary for those often overlooked. Kristen shares her Rhode Island home with her husband Marc and a joyful pack of senior residents.

This piece was illustrated by Robbin Lynch, an artist and designer with over 20 years of experience and the founder of Ball and Cookie. A longtime volunteer with Vintage Pet Rescue, Robbin’s work celebrates the deep bond between people and their animals through thoughtful, heartfelt design.
