Sourced for us by Reginald and his family, who have been curing vanilla using their secret family technique for three generations, these vanilla beans have been grown by over 100 smallholder farmers across the hills of Idukki. Each farm grows just a few precious vines to add value to their coconut, coffee, and black pepper crops!
